Milwaukee is full of creative and powerful women doing amazing work. Spend the morning with us and hear some of their stories in a PechaKucha style format.
PechaKucha is a presentation style in which 20 slides are shown for 20 seconds each. The format, keeps presentations concise and fast-paced. PechaKucha was devised in February 2003 by Astrid Klein and Mark Dytham of Tokyo’s Klein-Dytham Architecture (KDa), as a way to attract people to SuperDeluxe, their experimental event space in Roppongi, and to allow young designers to meet, show their work, and exchange ideas. We’ve adapted this format to feature stories from awesome women in the Milwaukee community!
Coffee and breakfast will be available from Stone Creek while they last!
YPWeek Milwaukee is partnering with Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin to collect non perishable food items at this event! Most needed items include: peanut butter, canned vegetables, soup, cereal, canned fruit, canned meat, rice, or pasta. Food with a high nutritional value is preferred.
