Trying to understand the root causes of culture creation and social issues can be extremely difficult – and quite frustrating – for everyone. It can be even harder to understand how any one person can make an impact and sustain change within these cultures. This leads many of us to believe that we can’t make an impact unless we are in some type of higher level of power. The truth is: this perception is wrong. We all have the power and capability to make an impact and create sustainable change – we just need to learn how.

Aneysha Bhat

Aneysha is co-founder of Perennial Culture LLC, a social enterprise on a mission to empower social and cultural change through actionable system design methods. Working as an AI Engineer, she is passionate about “cultural engineering”, a process that she describes as the harmony between vision and action. She is passionate about social change in our community, specifically in the mental health and public policy space. She is also the Impact Officer for the Global Shapers Community Milwaukee hub (subset of the World Economic Forum), through which she leads projects to create social impact in the Milwaukee community. Aneysha is also a graduate student at Northwestern University studying Public Policy & Administration. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, painting, and exploring new restaurants.
