NEWaukee’s cleanup site is along the Hank Aaron State Trail from 84th Street to 94th Street. Volunteers will meet on S 89th Street and West Schlinger Avenue. Coffee and donuts will be provided!
Milwaukee Riverkeeper provides the gloves, trash bags, and amazing FREE T-SHIRTS. YOU provide the hands and energy to pick up the interesting and sometimes bizarre trash that finds its way into our beautiful river system.
Join us at afterwards for our FREE celebration with Rock the Green in Estabrook Park – Picnic Area #8 from NOON – 2PM! Celebrate the success of the cleanup with food, friendly company, and more.
YPWeek Milwaukee is partnering with Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin to collect non perishable food items at this event! Most needed items include: peanut butter, canned vegetables, soup, cereal, canned fruit, canned meat, rice, or pasta. Food with a high nutritional value is preferred.
